Design

Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is one of the most selling bike in the Naked Sports bike segment. It has always been favorite among the touring enthusiast thanks to its powerful engine and design. The company recently updated the NS160 with BS6 norms and is now more refined than before.

The design of Pulsar NS160 BS6 is inspired from its elder sibling NS200. The naked design looks more robust and aggressive. It gets a Perimeter frame which makes it more agile and provides good handling experience. The bike gets an H4 headlamp and LED tail lights with traditional bulb indicators. Split seats and Dual tone color with nicely crafted tank makes it more aggressive and bold. The console is a combination of Analog and Digital. The front suspension is a Telescopic whereas at the rear it gets Nitrox Mono Shock.

Pulsar NS160 Specifications

The NS160 now comes with a BS6 compliant 4 stroke 160.3 cc DTS-i FI engine producing 17.2 PS @ 9000 rpm and torque of 14.6 Nm @ 7250 rpm. It comes with 5-speed gearbox and gets oil cooled and Fuel injection. 

NS160 happens to be the most powerful bike in the segment and thus in terms of braking it gets massive 260 mm Disc in front and 230 mm Disc at the rear. With BS6 norms, the bike now comes with Single Channel ABS, providing safe braking over any surface. It gets tubless tyres with a front tyre size happens to be 90/90-17 and whereas 120/80-17 at the rear. 

The Fuel Capacity is 12 litres and has a mileage of 45 kmpl.
