Design & Features

Pulsar NS200 BS6 is a naked street bike offered from Bajaj. The riding position is kept upright with slightly on the sporty side to keep the enthusiasts occupied. It comes with Halogen headlamps and a split seat with a seat height of 804mm suitable for average riders. The instrument clusters is semi digital and tall handlebar, giving upright seating position. NS200 is offered in a single variant and four dual tone color scheme.

Engine

Pulsar NS200 is powered by BS6 compliant Single Cylinder, 199.5 cc DTS-i engine producing a power of 24.5 PS @ 9750 rpm and torque of 18.5 Nm @ 8000 rpm. The engine is liquid cooled with Fuel injection and mated to 6-Speed Manual gearbox.

The fuel capacity is 12 litres and has a claimed mileage of 35 kmpl. On a single full tank, it offers 400 km of range, making it suitable for long rides as well.

Suspension & Brakes

Pulsar NS200 comes with Perimeter frame which provides much needed stability on highway, whereas Telescopic fork at the front and Monoshock at the rear absorb shocks on rough surfaces. Braking is handled by 280mm Disc at front and 230mm Disc at the rear. To keep the cost minimum, Bajaj offers NS200 with Single Channel ABS.

Price

Pulsar NS200 price starts at INR 1,28,531 ex showroom Delhi. It is offered in a single variant and competes with the Apache RTR 200 4V and KTM Duke 200.
