Maruti Suzuki Baleno Facelift Teased, HUD Display, Top Notch Safety
The much anticipated Maruti Suzuki Baleno Facelift bookings officially have been opened. Customers can book with 11,000 INR at their nearest Nexa showroom. The new Baleno facelift has been completely revamped. Each and every panel inside out has been changed. The new Baleno facelift is bigger in each every dimension.
Baleno Facelift Exterior and Interior
The new Baleno at the front gets LED DRLs and signature chrome grille with Maruti Suzuki logo. Based on spyshots, the front bumper has been revised and is much chunkier giving it a good road presence. From the rear as well, Baleno is lot more wider with LED taillights. The lower variants are expected to get steel rims however higher variant will come with alloy wheels.
The Baleno facelift will get new features with big infotainment screen and automatic AC. The teased heads up display feature will be first in segment. In the long list of features, support for Android Auto and Apple Carplay will also be provided. Along with rear parking sensors, it will also be equipped with rear parking camera with guide assist.
Baleno Facelift Safety and Powertrain
The safety standards of Maruti Suzuki are going to change with new Baleno Facelift. As per the company. the hatchback will get class leading safety. The higher variants are expected to 6 air bags. As of now, the Tata Altroz is only hatchback to come up with 5 star global NCAP safety standards.

The new Baleno facelift will be powered by same 1.2 litre petrol engines. The first one will be 1.2 litre VVT and another one 1.2 litre dual jet engine. The first one will produce 83 hp whereas the other one will produce 90 hp with mild hybrid tech. There will be option for manual as well as automatic transmission. There are also rumours on CNG variant Baleno however there is no official confirmation yet. The new Baleno facelift 2022 is expected to be launched at 23rd February.
