Design & Features
Hero Maestro Edge 125 BS6 comes with a sharp front design with LED insignia on the front and sleek LED tail lights at the rear. Like any other scooter, Hero has equipped Maestro with a good amount of features making it more practical for daily use, Maestro now gets an external fuel lid and 12V charging socket similar to Activa 125 and TVS Jupiter. The i3S technology provides better fuel economy and Torque on demand gives linear power output.
The scooter now comes with semi digital instrument cluster which gives timely notification about service and other vital functions. The single seat design and aluminium grab rails in the rear add more convenience and a flat floorboard provides ample space to carry essentials. Overall, the Maestro Edge design is more appealing yet practical at the same time.
Engine
Maestro Edge is powered by Single Cylinder, 4 stroke, 124.6 cc engine producing a power of 9 PS @ 7000 rpm and torque of 10.4 Nm @ 5500 rpm. The engine is mated to Automatic gearbox providing smooth acceleration.
The Fuel Capacity happens to be 5 litres and has a mileage of 50 kmpl, giving you a range of 250 on a full tank. The engine oil temperature sensor, Throttle Position sensor and i3S technology altogether provide a linear power delivery and better fuel economy.
Suspension & Brakes
For the greater comfort and ride quality, it gets Telescopic fork at the front and Hydraulic Damper at the rear. The seat height of 775 mm is suitable for tall as well as short riders. Braking is handled by 190 mm Disc / 130 mm Drum at front and 130 mm Drum at the rear.
Maestro Edge is equipped with Integrated Braking System technology, which provides braking in a more controlled manner. The Diamond cut alloy wheels further add a premium touch to this scooter whereas tubeless tyres increase more convenience.
